VOIP (SIP) Interoperability

Mercury is designed to work seamlessly with SIP-standard VOIP platforms and devices. Mercury users can communicate with VOIP servers and devices located anywhere on the network. Conversely, VOIP phone users can contact Mercury users by simply dialing a few digits on their telephone handsets. It is also possible for VOIP phone users to connect to other communications platforms like radios and conventional telephony platforms via a SIP connection to Mercury.

  Mercury is compatible with SIP-standard VOIP servers and devices. For some applications it is possible for Mercury to essentially function as a SIP server.
