Trilogy has supplied audio communications equipment to customers in more than forty countries since 1986. The company was originally formed to design and build video and audio infrastructure equipment for the television and radio broadcast market. Trilogy is now a fast growing company and also offers its products to a wide group of customers in aerospace & defense, emergency management, training & simulation, oil & gas, gaming, and other industries.
Trilogy counts some of the world's best known names in broadcast and defense among its customer base. These include BBC, Sony, CBS, Hearst-Argyle, Radio France, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, L3, Lockheed Martin, SAIC, BAE, Teledyne and others.
The common need among our customer base is users requiring real-time communication with equipment that is easy to understand and intuitive to operate. Our broadcast clients rely on our communications solutions for live news and sports events where fast moving action necessitates instructions to be passed clearly and quickly to both talent and production staff. Trilogy equipment is now being used by a range of other sectors that recognize the value of high performance communication solutions. A prime example is the use of the Mercury IP Audio Communications product as a global intercom for command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations by the United States Department of Defense.
Trilogy's corporate headquarters are located 55 miles south west of London (Heathrow) airport in modern, purpose-built office and technical areas. North American operations are based in Miami, Florida with satellite offices across the United States. Our technical support group offers system configuration, commissioning, training and after sales support. A highly trained technical sales team is on hand to provide advice and proposals for clients and project managers are assigned to the custom requirements.
